The 2MK2210X20A vertical CNC honing machine is suitable for processing various small engine cylinder blocks, cylinder liners, motorcycle cylinder blocks, connecting rods, brake drums, hydraulic cylinders, and other precision through holes and drill holes with a depth of no more than 200mm.
This machine tool is designed with modularity, and the honing head feed method is equipped with dual feed as standard. The worktable form can be optionally equipped with a CNC lateral moving worktable or a hydraulic rotary worktable. And an automatic loading and unloading system can be configured according to user requirements.
.本系列珩磨機采用框架結(jié)構(gòu)，采用了我公司的原始創(chuàng)新專利--珩磨機床主軸往復運動數(shù)字控制裝置。選用液壓驅(qū)動抗污染能力強，系統(tǒng)工作可靠，維護保養(yǎng)方便。選用絲杠驅(qū)動，換向平滑準確，可實現(xiàn)螺旋滑珩功能。
.可對主軸往復、主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)、工作臺移動或旋轉(zhuǎn)、珩磨油石粗漲壓力、珩磨油石精漲壓力等進行數(shù)控控制;可實現(xiàn)被加工零件內(nèi)孔任意夾角網(wǎng)紋的加工。
.本機床具有自動短行程修珩功能。保證了加工精度及加工件的一致性，提高了磨削效率。
.本機床進給系統(tǒng)采用電液比例控制和伺服定量控制兩種形式，實現(xiàn)了微小進給力和量的控制，改善了進給控制的動態(tài)響應(yīng)與控制范圍。
.數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的使用，具有操作方便、使用方便、維護方便的特點?？筛鶕?jù)工件實際情況實現(xiàn)多種珩磨工藝的設(shè)定和組合。
